Meet the Staff
I look forward to welcoming you to our office. We have a fun, relaxed environment. Dr. Rencher is down to earth and never rushes a treatment. I love working for him and with our staff. They are committed to the same thing, providing the best dental care for you. I cannot wait to meet you and hear your story. I speak fluent Spanish and will make sure you are smiling from day one with us.
I love my incredible family. I am married to a wonderful man, have three children, and Pugs. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, shopping, camping, and collecting Disney snow globes and fiestaware.
Our patients make our office interesting and my work enjoyable. I like to get to know people on a personal basis- their interests, hobbies, professions, and whatever else is important to them. We have designed our office to be fun and inviting. It is staffed by true professionals committed to providing superior smiles. I have found Dr. Rencher to be a man of integrity who genuinely cares for our patients. I love working with him.
I am happily married to Patty, my wife and have four amazing children, Elan, Jill, Tommie, and Seth. I am active with the Boy Scouts and love being able to explore the Olympic Mountains with them. Music has always been a huge part of my life, whether it is playing drums for local musicals, Big Bands, rock groups or jazz combos, or singing lead with the Kitsap Chordsmen Barbershop Chorus and quartet. I also enjoy cooking for my family and I make a killer sweet & sour chicken and Greek Pizza.
I have been working with Dr. Rencher for over 18 years. I love working with our great staff of talented dental professionals and enjoy our fun and interesting patients. Making you comfortable during your appointment is a priority for me. I love that Dr. Rencher truly cares what treatment is in your best interest and will help you achieve the amazing smile you want.
I grew up in Kansas, graduated from Kansas State University, married Dave and after numerous years in the Navy we ended our Navy career in this beautiful Northwest town of Poulsbo. We have three children and two grandchildren. I enjoy so many things the Pacific Northwest has to offer from hiking, camping, kayaking and beach watching, that my weekends are always filled with something to do.
I love meeting and seeing new patients in our office. I enjoy getting to know our patients to help make them feel comfortable. I will answer all questions and make sure each patient understands his or her treatment inside and out before beginning their procedure. I am good at helping patients overcome any anxieties. My reward is seeing a patient that may have experienced anxiety in the past, return with a smile on their face. Dr. Rencher always gives our patients something to look forward to, he displays complete respect and genuine interest in all of his patients. Dr Rencher likes to draw pictures to help explain procedures and uses humor when it is appropriate. I appreciate how Dr. Rencher places the patient in control of his or her treatment, he tells the patient, "You are the quarterback, let me know what you want."
My family is very important to me. I have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and a wonderful grandson. I enjoy different hobbies such as mosaics, glass fusing, guitar and some sailing. I especially enjoy Blues music and attend festivals at Mt. Baker. I enjoy traveling, but I mostly travel to Florida to visit with my siblings and mother. I have recently flown a Cessna 150 plane under the guidance of a great friend. Life is an adventure.
I can honestly say that I look forward to coming to work each day. Our office is friendly and all the staff is outgoing. We love to have fun and find any excuse we can to celebrate such as Pi Day (3.14 or March 14), National Doughnut Day, Mardi Gras, and Halloween. I love meeting new people and helping them understand and take advantage of their insurance benefits. I always tell our patients how great our doctor is. He is honest and always does what is best for our patients.
I am happily married to my husband Scott. I have three children, Brielle, Trent, and Hailee, and two adorable grandchildren. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, cycling, cooking, playing the piano, and laughing.
Patient comfort and care is my number one priority. I have a passion for helping others by providing gentle yet very thorough cleanings. I enjoy all patients and particularly like to specialize in more advanced cases involving gum (gingivitis) and bone (periodontal disease) treatment. It is exciting to see the improvement that can be made with the treatment we provide in our office.
Being the newest staff to join Dr. Rencher’s team I am loving the opportunity to get to know all of our patients. I enjoy learning about all sorts of new things, whatever your interest or hobbies are! My husband and I are going to be married ten years in September and we have two young boys. Our family enjoys everything outdoors, including riding Sea-Doo’s in the Puget Sound.
